The Anamudi peak is famous for trekking expedition in Munnar. The peak is 2,695 metres elevated above the ground. Anamudi is the highest peak in Western Ghats and South India and is situated in Eravikulam National Park. Anamudi Peak is the highest peak outside the Himalayan mountain ranges.

  • The peak is famous for Neela Kurinji flower which blossoms every twelve years.
