Anshi National Park is located in a pristine part of the Western Ghats and is known for the richness of its flora and fauna. It is located at a distance of 60 KM from Karwar in Uttar Kannada district. The park spans across an area of 340 sq. KM and is believed to be India’s most endangered Wildlife Park. This place boasts of about 197 rare species of birds. Tourists interested in bird watching activity must visit Anshi National Park in Karnataka as the forest has a variety of rare bird species. The perfect time for bird watching is in the spring season when the trees are at full blossom.
