The Gaganachukki Falls are shaped like a huge horsetail. It is a steep waterfall that rushes down with great velocity and provides incredible views. The Gaganachukki Waterfalls are best viewed from the watch tower at Shivanasamudra. The view of the upstream end is particularly fascinating during the monsoons when the volume of water swells by several degrees.

Beware

● Trekking to the top is rocky and slippery. Don't go to the top. They have not even put support for walking there.

  • Dispose all empty bottles, tins, plastic bags etc only in dustbins.
  • Do not use detergent, in streams or springs while washing and bathing.
  • Do not leave cigarettes butts or make open fires in the forests. 
  • Do not blare music aloud while passing through the forest areas.
