Architecture

Vishrambag Ganapati Temple was 6.6 feet height Gopura and constructed in Peshwedical Style of architecture. This temple has a Nagarkhana mandapam, the temple has been made of the black stones. These stones are attained from the Jyotiba hills and the doors of the temple have been carved out of the multi colored natural wood.

History

Ganapati was built in 1814 by Sardar Gangadhar Rao Patwardhan, ruler of Miraj Institute and Chintaman Rao Patwardhan. This temple was renovated in 1952 and Peshwas is the contributor for this temple.
