Architecture

The temple was built in North Indian Style of architecture. Usually, Lord Datta is shown having three faces those of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh (Shiva) but here the standing idol of Lord Datta has only one face. Here you can see the Padukas of Lord Datta also. The god is depicted with six arms holding Dhamaru (holy musical instrument), Shakha (conch), Chakra (a holy weapon), Rudraksha Mala, Kamandalu (holy pot), Kaumodaki Gada (mace) and one hand in Abhaya Mudra.
