Architecture
The temple is famed for its magnificent construction which is a fine exemplar of Tamil architectural design. Besides, the interior of the temple gets decorated during a special event or festival. Whereas, the exterior walls are dark in rust and dark. However, the gopuram at the entrance of the temple includes various decorative reliefs. Inside the temple, there present the idols of the deities that are believed to be old than the temple. Also, the pillars and the carved pillars add extra beauty to the temple attraction.
