Bangalore Government Aquarium – Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Bangalore Aquarium is the second largest aquarium in India that has 83 large fish tanks with species on display include eels, angelfish Catla, mahseer, and exotic varieties like Striped Loach, Kissing Gouramy, Buenos-Aires Tetra, Serpent Treta and many more that are brought here south America and Japan.

Recognized as the largest Aquarium in India, is a lone hill resort of Rajasthan that amazes its visitors with a wide collection of fishes and seashells. Datda Sea World comprises more than 100 small aquariums with a wide variety of fishes imported from the Netherlands, Singapore, the US, Kenya, Pakistan, and many other countries.

The Marine Aquarium is housed at the Marine Biological Station within the grounds of the Zoological Survey of India. Laid-out in a Singapore-style, the aquarium is fully air-conditioned with 18 glass fronted tanks with a myriad collection of marine animals.

Jagdishchandra Bose Aquarium – Adajan, Surat, Gujarat, India
Jagdishchandra Bose Municipal Aquarium is the first multidisciplinary underwater aquarium in India. The aquarium is home to more than 100 species of aquatic creatures including turtles, stingrays, cichlid, lionfish, alligator gar, American lobster, snowflake eel, man-eater piranhas, ghost fish, and so on in an ecosystem of their own.
