This Temple welcomes it's devotees with a Three tier Rajagopura and Four pillared Mandapa outfront.

This temple was built around 15th century by Rami reddy. According to local legends, Sri Kalugola Shambhavi Devi appeared in the dreams of Sarvayapalem Village people. She is the incarnation of Parvathi Devi and install her idol in the place where with out Cock sound. The idol installed in western side of Kavali Town.
