Architecture
The temple is facing in East direction, has a three storied Raja gopuram, two Madapalligal (One for Srinivasa Perumal and another one for the annual use of Kanchipuram Sri Varadaraja Perumal) and Mandapangal.
Religious Significance
The temple was built in 1200 years ago. Varadaraja Perumal of Kancheepuram visits this temple, along with others in the area, once in a year in the processional deity form.
