Architecture
Veerabhadra Swamy Temple has a 3-tier Rajagopuram and has three Dwhajasthambas. This temple has a Mukhamandapam and constructed in Kakatiya Style of architecture.
Religious Significance
There is an legend that says, the Potter who living in this region went to the hill for timber. After collection of timber at the hill they decided to return back, But their bulls were disappeared. Then they searched a lot for them, But they are unable to find their bulls. Then the potter men slept at that place. During their sleep Sri Veerabhadra swamy appeared in to their dream and said about his presence in the hill. Then they called Kedar Pandita and installed Veerabhadra swamy idol at the down of the hilland later constructed a temple.
History
This temple is built in 1410 A.D. by Kakatiya ruler Rudreswara and Kakatiyas are contributed for this temple.
