Architecture

Putridankondeeswarar Othakalmandapam is a medium sized, east facing temple with the typical slender tall vimaanas. The temple has a 5 tiered Rajagopuram at the east and two Prakarams. The inner prakaram has both the god and goddess shrines and is completely covered. In the outer prakaram are Ganesha and Muruga. The Muruga idol is about 5 feet tall in the Sanctum.
