Architecture

Srungara Vallabha Swamy Temple has a Dwaja Stabham infront of the Gopuram entrance, this temple has a pillar mandapams. There is also a sacred well adjacent to the temple. Narada maharshi has concentrated Lakshmi Devi idol. Sri Krishna Devarayalu has installed the Bhudevi idol in this temple.

Religious Significance

The history of this temple states that when Druva grandson of Manu, son of king Uttanapada was doing penance for seeking lord Vishnu. He appeared before Druva and blessed him with in one year itself. Lord Vishnu blessed Druva that he will have a great place in the world and is now known as Druva Nakshatra or the polar star.
